海洋生物资源产品
为高质量按时完成国家重点研发计划“蓝色粮仓科技创新”重点专项“黄渤海滩涂生态农牧化与三产融合模式示范”项目课题“滩涂生态农牧场特色生物资源产品和生物制品及示范”(课题编号:2020YFD0900704),研究开发了“钝顶螺旋藻粉&蛋白核小球藻粉”复合片,体外抗肿瘤活性测试表明:混合片提取物对人结肠癌细胞HCT116的抑制率比单独的钝顶螺旋藻粉、蛋白核小球藻粉提取物分别高出12.7%、8.9%,对肝癌细胞HepG2的抑制率比单独的钝顶螺旋藻粉、蛋白核小球藻粉提取物分别高出17.4%、28.1%。开发了“裸藻&钝顶螺旋藻”复合片,混合片提取物对人结肠癌细胞HCT116的抑制率比单独的钝顶螺旋藻粉、裸藻粉提取物分别高出7.3%、17.2%;对肝癌细胞HepG2的抑制率比单独的钝顶螺旋藻粉、蛋白核小球藻粉提取物分别高出7.3%、24%。两款产品(专利申请号:202210244327.8)已推向市场,并取得了良好的社会评价和经济效益。
微藻大规模培养后,藻液的浓度低、体积大, 给保存、运输和投用带来极大困难,是国家“节能减排”倡导下面临的重大“卡脖子”问题。研制了新型的微藻液高效浓缩分离装置,带领本科生参加“第十四届全国大学生节能减排社会实践与科技竞赛”获得校赛一等奖,国赛三等奖,(作品编号:143238050,作品名称:新型海藻液高效浓缩分离装置)”。对该项目进行了科技成果转化,成果名称:新型海藻液高效浓缩分离装置及专有技术(专利号:202122269237.8),交易价格:30万元。
