1. 微藻生物工程技术:海洋微藻培养、藻类活性物质及功效评价、藻类高附加值产品开发、过程模拟及模型化、藻细胞代谢途径分析

2. 微藻环境生态技术:极端环境微藻(低温、嗜酸)、微藻/藻菌耦合处理废水、微藻/藻菌土壤改良剂开发、重金属、微塑料暴露及海洋酸化对微藻的胁迫响应机制
